This GM Silverado / Sierra / Suburban manual brake conversion PACKAGE comes with:

  • 6061-T6 ALUMINUM adapter plate w/ integrated push rod retention cup for a GM master cylinder
  • Matching Rubber Firewall Gasket - Keeps the cars interior sealed from the engine bay.
  • Stainless Steel Mounting Hardware - NO rusty bolts or nuts.
  • Adjustable Push Rod Assembly - Engineered to work with and function in the 1999-2007 Silverado / Sierra / Suburban / Tahoe / Yukon.
  • Uses stock brake light switch.
  • Detailed Installation Manual.  Step by step process of the installation.​
  • NOTE:  Pedal will have to be drilled for the new manual brake pin location.
  • NOTE:  Brake pedal power booster pin will have to be pressed out to clear new, manual brake clevis.
  • NOTE:  To clear the firewall cowl, a shorter 1998-2003 S10 reservoir will need to be used in place of the stock 1999-2002 master cylinder reservoir.

    • ​S-10 Reservoir Part Number - CARDONE 1R2958 with level sensor
  • NOTE:  2003-2007 Classic NBS trucks will need aNBS 1999-2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 master cylinder and 1998-2003 S-10 reservoir to fit under the cowl.
  • NOTE:  Can be used with truck that came with Hydro-Boost setup with modifications to the firewall.
  • NOTE:  Hydroboost master cylinder cannot be used for manual brakes as is this master cylinder has too large of a bore.
  • NOTE:  Stock master cylinder outlet fittings are both 1/2-20 inverted flare using 5/16" diameter line.
  • ​NOTE:  Wilwood master cylinder outlet sizes are 1/2-20 inverted and use a 3/16" diameter line.
    • ​Will need adapter to use Wilwood master cylinder.
